YUPLAIT Developed Design
This Project focuses on converting an electrical goods warehouse into a Yoghurt factory. The building has a concrete floor and precast concrete panel firewalls with structural steel portals with steel girts and purlins. The site is located within the industrial zone of the Central Otago District. A rendered exterior perspective of the building displays the developed conversion; alongside a sample of the detailed drawing set.
Newton Medical Centre Detailed Design
A new community medical centre and retail shopping complex has been approved for construction in Newton. The project comprises a two-storey building housing retail shops on the ground floor and a medical centre on the first floor. The drawings below integrate and coordinate information from specialist consultants and manufacturers into the design and provide a sample of the detailed documentation for a medium building in accordance with industry standards.
